Ongoing, tailored coaching support
Ongoing coaching support, tailored to put you in the best possible place for achieving your goals. Every month, you’ll have a face-to-face Tune-in with your coach, setting out an outline plan for your training for the coming weeks. Each week you’ll review your previous weeks training with your coach, as well as tweaking the upcoming week’s training as required. All this will be linked up by Training Peaks, so that at any point we can discuss any aspect of your training, whilst also maintaining a detailed training diary. Regular Tune-up sessions are scheduled within your plan, so you are working directly with your coach to develop both your fitness and your technique.
Clients choosing to the On-plan service are not tied into a contract, however the minimum suggested commitment is 3 months. This is so that you can make the most of the time and effort invested and see the results!
