Training and racing planning and guidance


Guiding you through your training, riding and racing, Tune-in clients can benefit from a face-to-face coach meeting to review current training and identify an outline plan for the next training block. Regular clients can benefit from a rider-initiated phone/email review between Tune-in appointments.


In addition to the basic Tune-in fitness assessment and can be included to assess your baseline performance levels and monitor your subsequent progress.


Tune-in sessions can also be supported by the addition of an outline plan for the next 4-6 week training block, including the corresponding key workouts for you to follow. These key workouts are designed for the specific demands you are training for – and can be coach supported by booking a Tune-up session.


Tune-in prices are per person, per session. Ask me about shared bookings and group workshops.
